First Time Ordering & FAQs

Is this your first time ordering from us? Have some questions? Here is some information you may find useful.

There are several ways to place your first order, you can either place it through the website, email us directly ([email protected]), call it in, or fax it in. When you place your first order with us, we will create an account for you in our system using the information you provide. We require payment before we are able to ship out your first order. Please ask us about setting up credit on your account for future orders.

If you see any of our products advertised by another Canadian supplier at a lower price, we will match that price. Product must be exactly the same brand name, type & size, and a copy of the advertisement with a current date must be obtainable. Some price matching exceptions may apply, such as whether the advertised product is grey market, etc. All pricing is in Canadian dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Some products, especially gloves, often have manufacturer promotions (such as "Buy 8 boxes and get 2 boxes free"). These promotions are indicated on the applicable products on our site. If you are looking to order in large bulk quantities, we may be able to offer you a discount. Due to the nature of some products, pricing discounts may not apply. Sale pricing or promotional items may not be subject to further pricing discounts.

Some products we advertise are special order, which means that we do not usually carry them in stock, and it may take time to order in and ship out. These products should say so on our website (marked with an (S/O)*, and should give a time estimate in the product description. Products which are special order can not be returned. These are products which were specially ordered for you and cannot be put back into our inventory for resale.
