SHIPPING: Free shipping, anywhere in Canada, is provided for all orders over $150. For all orders less than $150, a nominal shipping charge will apply: $6 for Calgary area, and $12 for all other destinations within Canada. Unusual products and shipments to remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. **PLEASE NOTE ** We do NOT ship outside of Canada.
RETURN POLICY: Amax has incorporated a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased it can be returned for a full refund, credit, or exchange, providing the following conditions are met:
All goods must have been purchased directly from Amax in the past 30 days. Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking charge.
All goods must be returned in saleable condition.
All returns must be approved and authorized by Amax, prior to their return. Instruction on which method of return will be given at this time.
SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS: Products which are special order can not be returned. These are products which were specially ordered for you and cannot be put back into our inventory for resale.
DAMAGED PRODUCT: Occasionally damage occurs during shipping. If your order is received damaged please contact Amax within 48 hours.
