PRICING DISCOUNTS:
Most products have three different price levels depending on the quantity purchased.
The quantities required for price breaks vary from product to product.
Due to nature of some products, pricing discounts may not apply.
Sale pricing may not be subject to further pricing discounts.
SHIPPING: Free shipping, anywhere in Canada, is provided for all orders over $150. For all orders less than $150, a nominal shipping charge will apply: $6 for the Calgary area, and $12 for all other destinations within Canada. Unusual products and shipments to remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. **PLEASE NOTE ** We do NOT ship outside of Canada.
TAXES: Prices do not include Federal or Provincial taxes. All prices are subject to applicable G.S.T. Some provinces require out of provinces vendors to collect and submit P.S.T. This will be done as per specific provincial regulations.
RETURN POLICY: Amax has incorporated a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased it can be returned for a full refund, credit, or exchange, providing the following conditions are met:
All goods must have been purchased directly from Amax in the past 30 days. Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking charge.
All goods must be returned in saleable condition.
All returns must be approved and authorized by Amax, prior to their return. Instruction on which method of return will be given at this time.
SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS: Products which are special order can not be returned. These are products which were specially ordered for you and cannot be put back into our inventory for resale.
DAMAGED PRODUCT: Occasionally damage occurs during shipping. If your order is received damaged please contact Amax within 48 hours.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept cash, cheques, Visa or MasterCard.
PAYMENT TERMS: Invoices, for customers who have established credit terms with Amax, are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Invoices are sent with your order. Account statements are mailed at the end of each month for accounts with a balance owing.
